Please kindly note that due to the addition of some security measures for identifying the package owners and preventing future abuses and fraud, users need to provide a scan of Passport or official translation of Birth Certificate, approved and validated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs starting from September 13, 2020 in order to book their packages.
