Consequently, if you sent us an email but have not received our autoresponder within a few seconds, this means that your email has not been delivered to us.

In this case, we suggest our clients create a new email address on Gmail.com or any other email providers and send us an email request to [email protected] containing the following information in order to change their email address in the system.

 

1. A copy of a valid ID such as a passport and A Selfie with your ID

2. The Purchase Receipt

3. Your correct Onyxum ID
