Please be informed that the Booking Requests will be closed on Wednesday at Midnight for a maximum of 10 days. The reason for this is that we are going to launch a new Booking Platform where our users are able to book their preferred hotel online through the new platform. Please kindly note that due to the significant work related to importing the old data, there might be minor issues related to old transactions after we launched the new platform. Although we are doing our best to minimize the errors, we would like to invite you to be patient and send us any issue related to your account after we are live with the new platform.
IMPORTANT:
Please redeem your E-Wallets to your account maximum by Saturday Midnight. Any E-Wallet vouchers that were not redeemed to your account will not be retrieved in the new platform and will be lost.
